Password Tip
Passwords are case sensitive. If you've received a new password by email or text message make sure you're typing it in exactly as it's shown or it won't work.
Reset Password By Email
Sends you an email with a new password that you can use to login to the site.
Email Address:
Must be the one associated with your Zocialized account.
IMPORTANT:
Check your SPAM folder for the email, that's where it usually ends up. It may take up to an hour for the new password to arrive.
Send New Password
Reset Using Text Message
If you've setup SMS Text Message notifications on Zocialized you can have your password reset and the new password sent directly to your phone.
Phone Number:
Must already be associated with your Zocialized account.
IMPORTANT:
It may take 15-30 minutes for the new password to arrive.
